2. General Refund Principle

Due to the digital and scheduled nature of our services, all sales are generally considered final unless a refund is expressly permitted under this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
3. Online Courses
3.1 Self-Paced Digital Courses
Refunds for self-paced online courses may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase only if:
- The course has not been substantially accessed, completed, or downloaded
- No significant portion of the learning materials has been consumed
- The refund request is submitted within the stated refund window
Once a course has been substantially accessed or completed, or once downloadable materials have been provided and used, the purchase becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
3.2 Course Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased course, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to restore reasonable access within a commercially reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund.
4. Masterclasses
Masterclasses are limited-access educational sessions that may involve live instruction, exclusive materials, or time-sensitive participation. Refund eligibility for masterclasses is as follows:
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled masterclass, you may be eligible for a full refund or account credit
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the purchase is generally non-refundable
- If you fail to attend a scheduled masterclass without prior notice, no refund will be issued
If Sonentrix Productions cancels or reschedules a masterclass and the new timing is not acceptable to you, you may request a full refund.
5. Private Lessons
5.1 Lesson Cancellations by Student
Private lessons require reservation of instructor time. To respect scheduling commitments, the following rules apply:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may qualify for a reschedule or refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are generally non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
5.2 Lesson Cancellations by Company or Instructor
If a private lesson is canceled by Sonentrix Productions or by the instructor due to availability, technical failure, or other operational reasons, you will be offered either:
- A rescheduled lesson at no additional charge, or
- A full refund for the canceled session
6. Subscription Plans or Packages
If Sonentrix Productions offers bundled lesson packages, membership plans, or educational subscriptions, any specific refund rules presented at the point of purchase will apply in addition to this Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, unused future sessions in a package may be eligible for partial refund review, while completed or used portions remain non-refundable.
